Why we’re building Arrive
We wanted a practice that could grow with us.
Arrive began with something we were missing: meditation guidance that feels personal, fits real life, and leaves room to go deeper.

What we were looking for
Easy to press play.
Harder to find our own way.
Meditation apps made it easy to bring a practice into our day. We could find a voice we liked, choose ten minutes, and begin. But we kept wishing the guidance could meet us a little more closely.
Sometimes that meant a session for the conversation still on our mind. Sometimes it meant picking up a question from yesterday’s practice. As we learned, we wanted the guidance to move with us.
Technology had changed how we accessed meditation. We wanted it to do more for how we learned. That’s the starting point for Arrive.
The kind of guidance we wanted
“What came up for you?”
felt like a better place to begin.
Think of what you might bring to a meditation teacher: where you got stuck, what surprised you, what you’re curious to explore. The same instruction can land differently depending on your experience, your attention, and everything else happening in your life.
That exchange is part of what we wanted more room for: guidance that takes your context seriously, and a next step that connects with what came before.
We’re building Arrive around that idea. A personal session can start with what’s on your mind today. A Personal Path gives you a direction to return to, shaped by your intention and the feedback you share along the way.
Room for curiosity
A little steadier today.
Still curious about what’s possible.
A few minutes to settle after a busy day can matter. So can the wish to understand your mind more deeply. We want Arrive to leave room for both.
That curiosity includes the Jhānas: deep states of meditative absorption explored in Buddhist traditions. They open up questions about attention, stillness, and what continued practice can reveal. We want to make room for that depth alongside the everyday reasons we sit down to meditate.
Our ambition is to support continued learning at your own pace. An app can help you practise between conversations with a teacher; the depth of that human relationship matters too.
What we’re building towards
More of your life
in your practice.
Your context belongs here.
A restless evening, a difficult conversation, five minutes before the day starts. You can begin with ordinary words and the time you actually have.
Learning has a thread.
There’s value in returning to a question, repeating something useful, or adjusting the pace. We want your practice to have room for that continuity.
You have a say.
Your experience matters. You can ask for a different emphasis, change direction, or pause. Personal guidance should make space for your judgement.
From the team behind Arrive
We’re building what we wished we could turn to.
That wish still guides the choices we make: how a session begins, how much guidance it offers, and how one day’s practice can connect to the next. We’re starting with iPhone and English, and building from there.
Arrive uses AI to create personal guidance from what you share. That guidance can make mistakes. The experience and judgement of a qualified teacher remain valuable, especially as you explore deeper practices.
We’d love to hear what you’ve been missing, too. Tell us what would make your practice feel more personal.
Make a little room for you.
A personal moment. A practice to return to.
